Q: What should be done if the payment operation is not completed due to system reasons during the settlement and payment process?

Answer: It is recommended that you first check whether the payment account has been successfully paid. If the payment is not successful, please find the corresponding order in the order management and click "Pay" to repurchase. If your payment has been successfully made but the order status shows as unpaid, please contact our customer service and we will process it as soon as possible.

Q: I accidentally wrote the wrong shipping address. Can I still change it?

Answer: Before the order status reaches "not shipped/no logistics tracking number", you can contact us to modify the address.

Q: How to cancel an order?

Answer: You can log in to your account and cancel your order in "My Transactions - Order Management". After all orders are cancelled, members can delete the orders themselves and do not keep them in the order management; After canceling/deleting an order, it is currently not supported to restore the order.

Q: How can I check the delivery status after successfully placing an order?

Answer: When your order status is "shipped", your item has been shipped from the merchant's corresponding warehouse and delivered by the logistics company.
